Abstract Submission & Call for the Book Chapters

Guidelines for Abstract Submission:

The abstract contains no more than 300 words. Authors are required to submit the abstract in .doc format to icmasd2026@ctuniversity.in. Please indicate whether you prefer an oral or poster presentation. However, the Scientific Committee will make the final decision on the presentation type.

Call for Book Chapters:

• One book chapter per one oral or poster presenter can be submitted.
• Selected chapters based on original work presented at the conference will be indexed in SCOPUS after review processes.

Guidelines for Poster Presentation:

• The participant should prepare the poster in advance and bring it in person.
• The size of the poster should be 0.9 m (width) x 1.2 m (length), and it should be printed in colour.

Guidelines for Oral Presentation:

The presentation should consist of a minimum of 10 slides and a maximum of 20 slides and presentation time is limited to 12 minutes (10 minutes for presentation +2 minutes for Q/A session).

* All registration fees are non-refundable, irrespective of the reason for cancellation or inability to attend.
* No refund will be provided for duplicate registrations, incorrect category registrations, Book Chapter withdrawals or rejection by the publisher.
* If a participant fails to register or submit a chapter within the specified timeline after paying the registration fee, no refund will be provided.
